What plaster repair involves
Old houses move. Pipes leak. Doors get put through walls. We fix all of it — from a few square metres of blown plaster to whole rooms that have come down after a leak upstairs.
Where possible we'll patch and blend into the existing finish to save you redecorating an entire room. When the damage is too extensive we'll strip back to a sound substrate, re-board where needed and re-skim full walls or ceilings.
We work on period properties with traditional lath-and-plaster as well as modern plasterboard construction.

- How long will it take to dry?
- Fresh plaster is touch-dry in 24–48 hours but should be left 5–7 days before mist-coating. Bigger rooms or cold weather can add a few days.
- Do I need to move out?
- No. We work room by room, dust-sheet everything and clean up at the end of each day. Most jobs you can stay in the property throughout.
- Can you paint afterwards?
- We don't decorate ourselves but we'll leave walls perfectly ready for paint and can recommend trusted local decorators we work with regularly.
- Do you give written quotes?
- Always. Every job comes with a clear written quote — no verbal numbers, no surprises at the end.
